Carpet cleaning.

For a group of 9 people, the two apartments we booked were amazing, one had a cozy balcony and the other a spacious outdoor space that we used for breakfast. Everything was clean and easily accessible, and the location was perfect with restaurants and public transport at the ready.

The spacious and quiet apartment and white linen were clean. The air conditioning worked well, soap and toilet paper were provided, there was good Wifi.

It was difficult to find the apartment initially because the Booking.com directions were to the far end of the road. The kitchen had a few basics but only a bread knife, no tea and coffee maker, only a broken kettle, and the frying pans had peeling Teflon on them so were unusable. Also the fridge and freezer was frosted over and working irregularly. Still good value for a quiet clean place to explore Rome.

It was big place. I was a good value. It had a nice terrace. Beds were comfortable.air conditioning was excellent. Please note 5 stars for me means excellent and the best. So while this was not 5 stars in my opinion the price helps the rating go up and it was a pretty solid place

Only 2 toilet paper rolls for 3 girls and I make for 3 nights. Coffee amenities were not close to adequate. Sugar was hard as a rock I don’t use sugar but I would not be proud of myself if I offered my guests that sugar. Pillows were made from cotton balls. Worst pillows of my 12 days trip in Italy. The window metal shades were extremely difficult to open and shut. Communication could be better. Most places included the tourist tax or told us up front it was not included. No communication was given until after check in. However this could be booking.coms fault not sure. No matter I would be more clear. Finally most all other just communicate local favorites tips and offer some assistance . So these are things that can be improved on. Overall a good stay
