The room was beautiful, and the air conditioning was excellent. The breakfast was delicious.
Just one little thing: The bathroom was very nice, but the mirror and sink had a dim light. And the shower was nice but very slippery.

Staff were helpful and cheerful. Liked the free water in the room. Clean and centrally located. Breakfast was good. Great shower. Pretty atrium area and stonework. Nice spa treatments. Mostly quiet. Pool area small but nice especially rare in middle of the city.
No outside window of bedroom although aware when booking this but still strange. Room not dark enough at night, uncomfortable bed/pillows. No tea making facilities just coffee.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The reception area is also lovely.
The pool was cloudy which wasn’t inviting. Also I didn’t think much of the breakfast.
