Hearns Beachside Villa 8

Villa 8 was very clean and was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The view was superb and you could walk down to the beach & rocks from the back porch. It was very quiet and we only saw the people staying in next villa once during our stay.

If I am really picky, I found the double bed a little uncomfortable. That is my personal opinion and I always struggle to find a good bed when travelling. My husband didn't have a problem so it may be just me.

We have had a wonderful, relaxing family weekend at this location. Loved the fact that it is so close to the beach .We have had the best views of the ocean.The sound of the waves is so relaxing! I was happy just to sit on the balcony, read a book, and enjoy the ocean views and its sound. We came to this accommodation in winter. We will be back in the summer for sure and stay more days.

My husband didn't like the fact that we couldn't connect to WiFi in order to access Netflix, but we didn't mind (myself and the kids).We spent quality family time together.

The size of the villa was great & the view very attractive.

The property is reliant on power for water to be supplied by pump. We lost power 3 times in a 24 hr period & were caught without being able to shower or use toilets. We called the contact & were told it was not their issue as they had no prior notice of the outages. We did ask for a small compensation as a goodwill gesture but were told they need to apply to the power company for that to happen. We believe the possibility of losing water should be noted in booking conditions as this is unsanitary. As an aside, the shower was also in need of a decent clean.
