Fabulous location. With a beautiful view - you would go here for the front yard not the back yard. Walk across the road to a very safe beach and a 15 minute walk into town. Where people refer to the third bedroom being tiny - it is tiny because it used to be the laundry and it is converted to a space with a single bed - that's why you need to go through this room to get to the back yard. It has 2 x fridges.
The couch was dirty with a stain - you will need to deep clean or get a new one.

Location was fantastic, right across from the beach & an easy walk to town. Home has been brought upto date inside & the heater kept the home nice & warm on cooler days. Most of the inside was nice & clean, bed in main bedroom very comfortable & gardens well maintained.
Given the stunning ocean views, if the windows had been cleaned then we could have seen the views! Obvious the windows & frames haven't been cleaned in a very long time & there are only a few windows, it wouldn't take that long. I would have been more than happy to clean them, but I couldn't find anything I could use to do this. You can't open the windows as they are locked & quite old - would be lovely on warm days to open the windows. The oven whilst it works well needs a good clean.
