Hearns Beachside Villa 7

Size, location on beach and heating and spa. Loved the luxury and peaceful atmosphere. Well kept, clean and warm.

Finding the property as google maps not good to identify private road. Also needed to have oil, salt & pepper on hand for those there for long weekend. Spa kept turning on by itself after we had finished. No tv in second bed room which was not problem just need to update advertising as stepson really disappointed.,

The view was incredible and the set up enabled us to appreciate the views from both day and night.

The seating was very low, having knees above hips as a mature women isn't comfortable.

This villa was absolutely incredible. The most breathtaking feature is the spectacular, unobstructed ocean view — you can see and hear the sea directly from the property, which makes the entire experience feel peaceful and luxurious. Waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable. The location is also extremely convenient. It’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible while still feeling private and tranquil. Inside, the villa is beautifully designed with a very open and spacious layout. The house style feels airy and relaxing, with a lovely, calming color scheme that adds to the overall sense of comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights after long days enjoying the surroundings. Overall, this villa offers the perfect combination of stunning views, comfort, style, and convenience. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

The fly screen door in the master bedroom need fixing it felt off when I open it. The glass door window in the master bedroom need replace as it scratched it block part of the amazing view when you wake up and look outside.

The views from the villa were amazing! The outdoor deck was great to take in the views and the footpath directly off the deck down to the beach was excellent. Location was great, not too far from town. The fireplace was magical and came in handy as the weather was not ideal. Great to sit around and enjoy some wine, take in the view and enjoy the coziness of the fireplace.

I feel the hosts are lacking attention to detail with this property considering the price per night paid. We were 4 adults staying the weekend during winter. We were given a total of 3 black teabags (we had to go out and buy our own), there were Moccona coffee sachets that were all out of date by 6 months (surely with the price per night better coffee could be provided?) and a small UHT milk in the fridge which was to be used the next day according to the use by date on the box. For 4 adults staying in this villa, there were 3 wine glasses, 2 champagne glasses (so not all of us could enjoy our wine in the correct glasses) and when we arrived home with takeaway, there were only 3 large dinner plates so we had to use a bowl instead for the 4th person. There was no soap supplied for the basin in the bathroom, we had to take the shower gel out of the shower so that we had soap to use. The blind in the main room overlooking the beach is mouldy. The wooden chairs on the deck look ready to fall apart and I didn't even try to sit in them as they don't look safe. Deck needs attention as on the edge of it where it is mostly exposed to the weather it is mouldy and slippery. Shower head needs replacing, it's quite old and sprays everywhere else but down on you. Received way too many texts and emails advising me of the check in process and what was classified and not classified as an emergency in order for you to contact them after hours. All in all, we really enjoyed staying here for the view and beach access, but when you are charging a high rate per night then you need to deliver.
