Localização excelente, próximo da praia. A praia é extremamente limpa, ainda com vegetação nativa, com pouca frequência, e segura. O condomínio é controlado, com ótima segurança. A casa é de estilo moderno, arejada, sem odores de mofo. Tudo está muito novo.
