Costa do Sol Condominium on Guaratuba Beach, which is bordered by two clean rivers, the Guaratuba and the Itaguaré, both with excellent swimming conditions and a long stretch of sand, all great for practicing various sports or simply relaxing.
House located in one of the best areas of the São Paulo coast, in block G of the condominium, which is strictly residential and without buildings. I am in the part that borders the sea/beach, and access is close (3 to 4 minutes walking).
Spacious and airy corner house with a beautiful garden, accommodating up to 14 people (in beds according to the layout, this being the maximum allowed, counting adults and children).
My property has 4 suites, with hot and cold air conditioning, plus 2 powder rooms, making a total of 6 bathrooms. All bedrooms have French doors leading to balconies on the ground and upper floors. The living room has two levels with TV/DVD/Sound system (living and dining) and a balcony, plus a mezzanine with TV and balcony. The American-style kitchen has a stove, microwave, a 570-liter refrigerator in the kitchen, plus two 250-liter refrigerators each (barbecue and kitchen), totaling 3, and basic household utensils.
Covered barbecue area with additional refrigerator and stove, wood-fired pizza oven, tables and chairs, connected to the living room by a French door.
Swimming pool 7 x 3 meters = 16500 liters on a stone deck with cold shower, hydromassage jet and waterfall (does not work with pool heating activated), separate sections for children with a heat exchanger (heater) installed and with usage and cost included in the rates automatically shown by the website between 01/04/2025 and 30/09/2025, after this date the value will be charged and to be agreed upon.
Garage / space designated for approximately 5 cars inside the house.
* Regarding Prices: Due to the pandemic, I also started receiving fewer guests at home. Because of this, I didn't have a suitable pricing policy, so I created one. Furthermore, since I also want to accommodate smaller families in my property and it's difficult to immediately offer higher prices, the base rates will be for up to 8 guests, including adults and children, with an additional charge per capita up to a maximum of 14. The property costs include cleaning for check-in, pool maintenance during the stay, and garden tidying. Regardless of the situation, the cost-benefit ratio is excellent, and I appreciate everyone's understanding.
* Reservation requests: I respond promptly or quickly, ask whatever you want in order to clarify any doubts before closing the deal.
There are days when, even with the calendar available, due to various factors, including preparing the house for a rental that has already been booked, check-in or check-out becomes impossible.
