About this house rental

Condo Costa del Sol - Guaratuba Beach. Great townhouse with pool, located 150 meters from the beach. Accommodations for up to 14 people. There are 4 suites, 1 suite and 1 bathroom on the bottom. It has 4 double beds and 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds. At the bottom there 2 living rooms, toilet, kitchen with stove, 2 refrigerators, microwave, freezer and all utensils. It has a covered BBQ area, wood stove, oven pizza garage for 7 cars, garden, swimming pool with waterfall. I also have the same condo a house for 14 people with 4 bedrooms and three bedrooms, swimming pool 50 meters from the beach.

Proprietário e administrador, Sr. Francisco é muito simpático e prestativo, a casa é simples mas muito boa e o acesso para mercado e padaria é necessário sair pela portaria e caminhar um pouco, mas ótimo.

Foi uma semana de muita alegria em família! A casa nos proporcionou tudo o que prometia! A praia fica bem pertinho mesmo! A natureza nos fundos da casa é linda, pudemos ver de pertinho muitos pássaros, um mais lindo que o outro! A casa é espaçosa e ventilada. com suítes confortáveis. A internet disponível na casa atendeu perfeitamente 1 semana de home office e homeschoolling... Cozinha muito bem equipada e limpa! Enfim, foram dias muito agradáveis. O dono da casa, Sr. Francisco é uma pessoa muito prestativa e atenciosa. Agradecemos a estadia e vamos voltar em breve!!!
