Esiteks meeldis, et võtmete kättesaamine oli tehtud hästi lihtsaks ja sai mugavalt ka hilisõhtuse rongiga linna saabuda. Muidugi rongi- ja bussijaama lähedus on boonus. Ülimalt vaikne, rongiliiklus lahtistest akendest hoolimata ei seganud üldse. Turvaline ümbrus õhtusteks jalutuskäikudeks. Väike korter on varustatud kõige vajalikuga ning sobib suurepäraselt ka pikemaks viibimiseks. Toitu saab köögis ise valmistada, aga läheduses on mitmeid kauplusi, mis hiliste õhtutundideni avatud. Kohv ja tee on olemas. Omanik on telefonikõne kaugusel ja vajadusel lahendab lahkesti kõik korteriga seotud mured (kui neid peaks üldse tekkima). Voodi oli ka mõnus ja uni hea. Meeldis niivõrd, et piilun juba järgmise suve broneerimisvõimalusi, et samas peatuda.
Ei ütle, et ei meeldinud, aga teadmiseks teistele ööbijatele: mõni korter võib asuda II korrusel, millele viib puutrepp - mõningase liikumispuudega võib see keeruline olla. Minu ööbimise ajal ei põlenud väliskoridori tuli.
