Excellent apartment. Very clean, good location. It has absolutely all amenities that make your stay comfortable. I had amazing experience. It has a washing machine and the drier. Tea, water, even some sweets, really pleasant.

Just be careful about the address of the property. They send the correct one in the message and I used the one on the website. It was wrong. Also the codes for the keys and doors, there were so many codes, it was fun but it was almost like escape room but I was happy to solve it ;) But really no issues, perfect accommodation.

Unbeatable fully equipped apartment

This is the apartment and care to details that anybody wishes to find when traveling around. You really find everything you need, whether this is in terms of kitchen-ware, toiletries, cleaning products or daily needs tooling. Everything is quite new and well kept. The cleaning is good and you can see how the owner has thought out all the details for nothing to be missing. It was great to have a washing machine+drier, very useful. The detail of bottles of water and few sweets add the cherry on top. The location is quite good, both close to the center and in a pedestrian street. All in all is one of the best apartments we have had. Completely recommended.

To say something; to get to the keys on arrival is quite the 'escape room' adventure, for us it was fun but I guess some people would get frustrated if unsuccessful since the details to get to the (specially) first door are not so clear.

Nuostabus butas

Nuostabi vieta, šalia parduotuvės, kavinės, ligoninės, universitetas. Puikus susisiekimas. Graži aplinka, jaukiai, moderniai įrengtas butas, yra visko, ko gali prireikti. Mielos smulkmenėlės :) Jaukus balkonas su gražiu vaizdu į alėją.

Kietokos pagalvės, bet šiaip viskas puiku.

Ideali vieta: įdomiausi lankyti objektai pasiekiami pėščiomis. Butas jaukus, švarus, Yra visko, ko gali prireikti. Prekybos centras už 50 metrų, kelios maitinimo įstaigos taip pat.

Neįpatingai patogus kampas miegojimui. Miesto triukšmas iš gatvės (natūralu apsistojant senamiestyje, kur vyskta naktinis gyvenimas), bet šeimininkai apdariai pasirūpinę ausų kaištukais :)

Butas labai geroje vietoje, miesto centre. Pats butas labai švarus, bute buvo visko, ko gali prireikti, pradedant kepimo aliejumi, paliktu mineraliniu vandenuku, baigiant šampūnu, dušo geliu ir kondicionieriumi. Butas nedidelis, bet jame buvo viskas, ko gali prireikti- mikrobangų krosnelė, duonos skrudintuvas, skalbyklė su džiovykle, paliktos skalbimo kapsulės. Šeimininkė netgi sudariusi, trumpą atmintinę, su lankytinomis vietomis :) Paprašius, į butą leido įsikelti anksčiau, nei numatyta. Keltas yra netoli buto, iki jo smagu prasieiti miesto centru :) Šalia buto, yra prekybos centras bei picerija, kam aktualu - alynas :) Šeimininkė, labai maloni, bendraujanti :)

Labai didelis girdimumas bute, girdisi, kas vyksta tiek pas kaimynus, tiek vakarais alyne :)

В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Владелица квартиры очень отзывчивая, коммуникация быстрая , на каждый свой вопрос я получала мгновенный ответ.

Neskaitant šių kelių smulkių trūkumų, butas man tikrai labai patiko.

Visiškai viskas apgalvota iki smulkmenų. Esu gyvenusi ne viename nuomojamame bute, bet šis – tikrai išsiskyrė. Nuo vandens buteliukų iki prieskonių, druskytės, aliejaus – viskas buvo paruošta tam, kad galėtum jaustis kaip namuose. Buvo pasirūpinta net skalbyklės kapsulėmis, šiukšlių maišais, jau nekalbant apie švarią, tvarkingą virtuvę, kurioje galima gamintis ir valgyti be jokio vargo. Švara – aukščiausiame lygyje. Tvarka – nepriekaištinga. Jausmas – lyg atvykus į savo jaukius, pasiruošusius namus. Labai maloniai nustebino. Tikrai rekomenduoju!

Jei reikėtų paminėti minusus, jų būtų keletas, bet jie labiau priklauso nuo to, kas kam svarbu. Vienas iš dalykų, kuris man tikrai pasijautė – tai garsas. Gyvenu nuosavame name, tad triukšmo iš kaimynų nejaučiu. Šiame bute– sienos labai plonos, beveik kaip iš kartono. 🕣 Kasdien pusę aštuonių ryto pabusdavau ne nuo savo žadintuvo, o nuo kaimynų žadintuvo – jis girdisi taip aiškiai, lyg skambėtų tame pačiame kambary. Kaimynų pokalbiai telefonu, televizoriaus garsai – viskas girdisi. Ir, manau, girdisi ne tik man – tikėtina, kad ir mane jie girdi. Taip pat nustebino tai, kad iš viršaus girdisi kai kas nors numetama ant grindų, ar kai skalbiasi skalbimo mašina – vibruoja buto grindys. 🔧 Dar vienas minusas – gartraukis. Jis įsijungia, bet atrodo, kažkas su juo negerai – smirda plastmase, mygtukai nereaguoja, jo neišeina išjungti įprastu būdu, tik išjungiant per rozetę. Dėl to vėliau jo ir nebeįjunginėjau – bet kai kepiau kiaušinienę ant sviesti be jo, suveikė priešgaisrinė signalizacija. Taisyklėse buvau mačiusi įspėjimą apie signalizaciją ir kad jos negalima išjungti patiems, todėl labai pasimečiau, nežinojau, ką daryti, kol nepriėjau prie pultelio ir pamačiau kodą, kuris tiko norint išjungt.
