Superb

Apartment's location is great, you can reach Old Town just with 10 minutes walk. Apartment is cozy, you can find all necessary equipment for your stay. Internet connection is good. The price-quality ratio met our expectations.

Excellent stay at good location & value for money.

The apartment has excellent location. Very close to the old town of Klaipeda. Also very close to the shops as well. It is very comfortable and good value for money. The hosts are very pleasant and they answered every message.

The only thing thar bothered me little that everything is hearable through the walls with the other apartments. It is not a minus, just an observation. And internet connection was a bit slow.

Disappointing

The location is good. The owners are easy and pleasant to communicate with.

It was super dirty-all the apartment was dirty. The floor wasn’t cleaned for ages, with hair of previous tenants everywhere, also all furniture covered in dust, the sofa was super dirty. Impossible to cook in the kitchen, since only 1 out of 4 gas lights was working and everything was covered in fat. Really disgusting. The bedsheets were old and super used. The WC stank as hell once water flushed—is it so difficult to buy a toilet soap and hang it on the toilet’s edge? The flat is in an old, 1960’s house, staircase painted while ago at Brezhnev, thus dirty and smelly, which does not add to your comfort.

Quite spacious, easy check-in-out

It really needs refurbishment. Apartment on 5th floor (though not indicated initially) with no elevator, so for elders or families with toddler would be a challenge to carry belonging. On sunny days - extremely hot and no a/c, only a fan which doesn’t help. Way overpriced comparing what you can get for the same $ in other apartments.

As the name tells you - a nice, cosy apartament to travel in a small group. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, tidy and clean, comfortable to get to all important places in Klaipeda by foot. Loved my stay there :)

Viskas gerai, nuostabi vieta, šeimininkai leido įsikelti anksčiau, nei numatyta įsikėlimo valanda.

Nuostabi vieta, arti miesto centro, perkėla netoli, iki jos smagu praeiti miesto centru. Šalia buto prekybos centras "Maxima" ir "Norfa". Taip pat, kam aktualu, netoli "Akroopolis" :). Šeimininkai leido įsikelti anksčiau, nei numatyta įsikėlimo valanda. Bute yra visas ko gali prireikti- mikrobangu krosnelė, sumuštinių keptuvė, tosteris, skalbimo mašina.

Nelabai patogios pagalvės, ir užuolaidos praleidžia šviesą :)

Vieta gera, butas švarus, bet skelbime nebuvo atskleista teisinga informacija

Turėtų būti aiškiai informuojama, kad butas yrs 5-ame aukšte be lifto. Apie tai sužinojau tik atlikus užsakymą, ir kadangi sumokėjau iš karto, nebuvo kitos išeities. Jei būtų buvę nurodyta skelbime, nebūčiau rinkusis šio varianto. Taip pat reikėtų aiškiai nurodyti, kad stovėjimo vieta yra mokama. Stovėjimo vieta buvo vienas iš kriterijų renkantis šį variantą. Manau, kad skelbimas yra nesąžiningas.
