Realy big dissapointment.

The staff lady was kind of rude, wiith bad attitude, charged 30eur for late arrival and didn’t give any recipt for that. In apartment everything was dirty and damagad- not as in photos. Hot water was not enough to take a shower. Rooms were cold, air conditioner didn’t have a remote it was giving only cold air.

Enough space for 4 adults and 4 kids, comfortable beds in bedrooms, spacious balcony, big bathroom, free parking, close to the ferry.

Not comfortable check-in and check-out process, because you must meet the owner personally. Apartment already need a repair, because everything looks like it was 15 years ago. Ok, nothing is broken, but still - it is too old. Not comfortable sofas for sleeping. Very bad smell of towels. We missed some cutlery - for 4 persons it's ok, but for 8 it' not enough, especially plates.

Great location and friendly host :) Rooms are big and separated, so if you are travelling as group everyone has their space. Beds were comfortable and living room had lots of sitting space which was perfect.

Nice place to stay in Klaipėda near ferry terminal

The apartment is clean and maintained. Air conditioning, parking space. If you are considering to use a ferry to get to Neringa, then this is a superb location since it is close to the new ferry terminal.

Nothing really to complain about. Windows face a quite busy street and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so it might get noisy in the morning outside.

Nei draugams rekomenduočiau ten gyvent, nei gyvenime dar kartą norėčiau susidurti su šeimininkė

Nepastebėjau, kad atvažiuoti reikia nuo 15:00 iki 20:00. Man šeimininkė parašė, o vėliau paskambino apie 14 val. - mūsų planai buvo tokie - važiuoti iš Vilniaus su traukiniu iki Klaipėdos (mano mama + vaikai) O mes su vyru važiuosime su mašina naktį (kadangi vyras buvo užlaikytas darbe ir atskrido iš komandiruotės tik po 00:00 Vilniuje). Traukinys Klaipėdoje turėjo būti apie 21:00, aš šeimininkei taip ir pasakiau, kad pas mus nutiko gyvenimas ir pasikeitė planai: traukinys atvažiuos šiek tiek po 21:00, taksi važiuos apie keletą minučių, tai mes įsikelsime jau apie 21:30. Lavina negativo telefonu užgriuvo ant manęs iš šeimininkės ir jos vyro (vyriškas balsas garsiai kalbėjo į telefoną) apie tai kad aš neatsakinga, ką aš sau galvoju važiuojant taip vėlai su traukinių, kad aš čia neturiu teisės įsikelti po 20:00, mūsų niekas nelauks ir t.t. Aš pasijaučiau pasimetusi - kelioms sekundėms praradau kalbos dovaną, nes tiesa sakant nemaniau, kad toks trumpas įsikelimo laikas. Po to, apsikeitėme keliomis frazemis ir sutarėm, kad aš viską peržiūrėsiu ir pasiskambinsime po 15 min. Ką aš veikiau tas 15 min - aišku perskaičiau įsikelimo informaciją, tada pradėjau galvoti kaip pasielgti - gerai, kad mūsų kelionė buvo suplanuota (ne šiaip poilsis, važiavome į sesės organizuojamą šventę). Pradėjau skambinti sesei ir tartis, kad sesė ar sesės vyras pasiimtų raktus. Derinimai užtruko, skambino šeimininkė, kad jos neužlaikyt atmečiau skambutį (parašius - "perskambinsiu"), suderinus ir laiką ir daugiau informacijos - perskambinu šeimininkei - jos tonas - šlykštus ir šykštus. Vėl buvo panaudos frazės: "Ką sau galvojate", "aš nepakęsiu, kad jūs metote ragelį", "kaip jus nepagarbiai elgiates", "aš jūsų nelauksiu" "skaitykite taisyklės" IR NET TRIS KARTUS man buvo pasakyta - "Atšaukite rezervacija, bookingas jums viską grąžins" - ir aišku viskam pritarė vyriškas balsas fone.

Man šiaip ne taip pavyko ją pertraukti ir pasakyti - kad aš suderinau, sesės vyras atvažiuos apie 16:00 val. pasiims raktus, turės grynais 4 eur, aš papildomai persiųsiu informaciją iš bookingo, kad jis tikrai turėtų įrodymus, kad nuo manęs - aš net pasakiau sesės vyro vardą ir pavardę ir paklausiau ar dabar jau užtenka informacijos, kad jį atiduotų buto raktus? Tonas ir toliau nepasikeitė, toliau nepatenkintai burbtelėjo, kad viską turiu parašyti per patį bookingą, kad būtų "įrodymai". Viskas okay, sutikau, atsikvepiau - mama su vaikais, saugiai turės kur pernakvoti :) Aišku dar buvo ir "apkalbos" atiduodant sesės vyrui raktus: šeimininkė klausė ar aš visuomet pikta? Ar aš visuomet tokia konfliktiška? Nes ji peržiūrėjo kažkur mano profilį, kad aš blogus komentarus rašau ir ji labai bijojo mano "blogo" atsiliepimo. Tačiau man asmeniškai visa situacija labai nepatiko, šeimininkės nenoras spręsti situacijos labai nuvylė, kadangi tikrai nutinka visokios situacijos, gali nutikti gyvenimas - kategoriškai atsisakyti nuo klientų, man pasirodė labai nemandagu ir nepagarbu. Pats butas tikrai buvo netvarkingas: patalynė smirdėjo svetainės lovoje (pertroškęs, kaip rūgšties kvapas), virtuviniai įrankiai purvinį sukrauti į stalčių, reikėjo plauti naujai ir lekštutę. Baisiausias dalykas - Cukriniai žvyninukai vonioje, jų buvo nei vienas ir ne du - ryte atsikelus nufilmavau kaip 4-5 vnt. tiesiog laksto per vonios grindis. Nesijautė, kad butas švarus. Vienu žodžiu - ačiū Dievui mes buvome tik vienai parai :D Atiduodant raktus šeimininkei - ji man taip pat išdėstė komentarą apie tai kaip aš turiu skaityti taisyklės, kad man negrąžins pinigų niekas kitą kartą ir t.t.

Aplinkui daug parduotuvių, Akropolis. Per balkoną matosi marios su kruiziniais laivais. Pastate kavinė kur galima labai skaniai pavalgyti. Labai lengva i centą nuvažiuoti su viešu transportu, sustojimas tiesiog kieme. Iki centro 4 sustojimai tik.

Labai šauni šeimininkė, puikiai sekėsi komunikuoti. Numeryje tvarkinga, yra visi reikalingi įrankiai, rankšluosčiai. Rami, tvarkinga laiptinė, vakarais pro balkoną matėsi nuostabus saulėlydis. Labai patogi lokacija : visiškai netoli perkėla, senamiestis, akropolis, šalia yra dvi parduotuvės. Namo pirmame aukšte puiki kavinė valgyklos tipo, kur tikrai pigiai ir skaniai galima pavalgyti pusryčius ir pietus.

Bija mierīgi un patīkami

Mūsu ģimenei bija pieejams viss dzīvoklis. Virtuvē pieejams viss nepieciešamais vienkāršas maltītes pagatavošanai. Bija pieejama vanna un balkons. Tuvumā veikals, kurā nopirkt nepieciešamo. Saimniece ļoti atsaucīga un draudzīga. Lai gan mēs nokavējām mūsu ierašanās laiku, tomēr uzņēma mūs ļoti jauki.

Vienā no guļamistabām varētu būt žalūzijas, kas mazāk laiž ielas gaismas cauri. Bet ar gulēšanas masku to var atrisināt. Nedaudz nepierasti bija dzirdēt automašīnas no ielas, mūsu ģimene pie tādiem trokšņiem ikdienā nav pieradusi. Citādi bija salīdzinoši klusi, ņemot vērā, ka apartamenti atrodas netālu no ostas.
