Everything was great. I was impressed with how meticulously the place was cleaned. The condition of the furnitures and appliances was OK: nothing special, but nothing bad, already used, but still functioning well. What made the difference was how clean it was. I felt good there and I felt comfort. The communication with the owners/managers via Booking.com messaging system was efficient. No problem with check-in, no problem with checkout. As for this price, this location and this offer I can definitely recommend then place to those who need just sleep & go.
I will not put my mark down, but I’m willing to share a hint: 1. Please do not send messages only in Lithuanian expecting guests will translate for themselves. 2. Please inform better about parking options and required payments. I felt this was missing.

Gera lokacija. Švaru. Čiužinys stangrus.
Komunikacija su šeimininkais labai prasta. Į žinutes nereaguoja. Skambučiu atsiliepia visada, bet problemos nesprendžiamos. Antklodė labai plona (tikiu, kad pakanka vasarą, bet lapkričio antroje pusėje tai nepateisinama) o šildymas minimalus . Susisiekus galiausiai su šeimininke telefonu (nes į komunikaciją per booking nereaguoja), ji pasiūlė pasinaudoti "dekiu", kuris yra sintetinės staltiesės plonumo ir karšto oro "pūtiku", kuris tą kišeninę patalpą paverčia džiovykle.... Studijoje negeras kvapas (dėl kanalizacijos gal?). Raktas "prasisuka" spynoje, tad išeinant į miestą net nežinai, ar pavyks užrakinti duris ir atrakinti jas grįžus. Dėkui kitas studijas tame pačiame aukšte aptarnaujančiai tvarkytojai !!! - ją sutikau trečią dieną - ir man paprašius ji pasiūlė dar vieną antklodę ir pamokė manipuliacijų su vargana spyna. Viešėjau 4 paras - šiukšlės taip ir "augo" bei "brendo" visą tą laiką.
