Clean, comfortable beds, excellent WiFi. We have a hard time finding 2 king size beds so this was a huge plus for us! Good location. Not too far from center of town. Owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean, comfy and quiet room, aircon and fridge. I like that the spacious sink is outside of the bathroom, easy to access. 8 min walk to the free public pier to swim or relax. They provide separate towels to go bathing in the lake. Safe parking on the street in front. Nice small common kitchen and place to sit.
I was there at 2:30pm after a long drive but wasn't allowed to check in until 3pm, which was not flexible. At the end of town, so 20 mins to walk to the center for food/entertainment, but with car it is no problem.

Nicest hotel of our trip to Mexico, literally the only one that had both hot water and good water pressure, and also the only one with clean, renovated bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable, fridge in the room, nice cosmetics provided. The distance to town is the only minor inconveniece but it is perfectly walkable. Also drinking water available for guests!
The shared kitchen could be a little bit cleaner.
