Improve services and be more clear with the communication

No commodities, you have to bring everything . I towels, cleaning products , linings. You have to clean everything and pay a caution. You expect a bit more from a booking property. I couldnt go because I knew this info at the last minute and i wasnt capable to collect everything, you Even have to bring litter bags

Dishonest host and not worth the effort

It was difficult to communicate in English with the host. We had to figure out how to switch on electricity and water. It took us an hour to figure it out because the switch is at the bottom of the building. The written instruction were not great. I had to send deposit to host which I never got back. The host doesn't look after property. The next guest came immediately after us. The bunk bed was crammed into a tiny room of around 4 sqm. You have to bring your own trash bag. I strongly discourage staying at this property. The deposit was not refunded.

C’est le plus mauvais séjour réalisé sur Booking

Nous n’avons rien aimé, tout est inconfortable. Heureusement ce n’était que pour une nuit.

Toutes les exigences que l’on reçoit de la propriétaire juste après la validation sur Booking. Une mise sous pression du paiement de la caution avec des ultimatums. Toute une séries de chose à faire à l’arrivée et au départ au risque de ne pas récupérer la caution. Ensuite le temps qu’elle prend pour rembourser la caution. À l’arrivée, il faut descendre toute une série d’escalier très pentus pour ouvrir le compteur d’eau et tout remonter, quand on n’a pas trop la santé c’est un moment très désagréable et de plus il faut le refaire à la fin du séjour, cela devrait être signalé dès le départ.

Le fait de réserver l'appartement panorama avec terrasse et vue au numéro 22 et pour finir avoir l'appartement du dessous au numéro 18 sans terrasse et sans vue direct, la caution à payer en plus de la réservation et le fait de devoir ouvrir et fermer les compteurs d'électricité et d'eau sous peine de voir votre caution disparaître

De eigenaar mailde heel veel instructies die opgevolgd moesten worden zoals zorgen dat er electriciteit was en in technische ruimte van het complex de waterkraan openen. Foto’s bij aankomst en vertrek maken. De inventaris mbt serviesgoed is niet compleet. Ik vermoed dat er geen “toezicht” en regelmatig controle is.

Très mauvaise expérience

L'emplacement

Instructions excessives envoyées par les hôtes tous les jours la semaine précédent la venue. Les hôtes ont énormément insisté sur les photos à envoyer à l'arrivée et au départ du logement ainsi que sur l'importance de nettoyer TOUT le logement. A l'arrivée, il faut trouver les compteurs d'eau et d'électricité pour les mettre en marche et les explications reçues ne sont absolument pas claires. Perte de temps énorme. Besoin d'appeler les hôtes pour y arriver. Une fois l'électricité mise, elle ne fonctionnait pas dans 2 pièces. Les hôtes en ont été informés aussitôt. Malgré le compteur d'eau activé, absence totale d'eau chaude même tiède à la douche ou dans les éviers. La télé ne fonctionnait pas. Micro ondes et WC trouvés sales ainsi qu'un panier à linge avec plein de torchons sales alors que les hôtes INSISTENT sur le nettoyage à faire par les locataires lors de leur départ. Les hôtes en ont été aussitôt informés avec photos à l'appuie. Aucune réaction ni d'explication de leur part et encore moins d'excuses. Rembarde de l'escalier pour accéder au logement en très mauvaise état, bouge énormément, pas du tout sécurisée.

De plek, uitzicht en goed geregeld! Kreeg overal netjes foto's van en de goeie route naar het verblijf toe. Als ik een vraag had, werd die binnen een uur beantwoord

L appartement était très très sale d'ailleurs nous avons des photos ! Odeur nauséabonde matelas vraiment sale, les coussin étais jaune, la douche dans un état lamentable... nous avons d'ailleurs remis les clefs et sommes partis.... impossible pour nous de passer la nuit dans un endroit aussi sale que les égouts !

de omgeving,en het uitzicht van het appartement,er waren leuke wandelingen en een leuk dorp in de buurt

de hygiene,het was vuil bij aankomst er mag niet gerookt worden er stond een soepkom met peuken op de tafel in het water en er lagen peuken op het terras,in de vuilbak zat nog een pamper die stonk,de ijskast was niet proper wiite haar op het glas de tafels waren vuil er was gegeten pizza denk ik de saus hing op de keukentafel en tv tafel op de kasten hing smurrie ,zelfs tegen de muren ,het bestek zag er op het eerste zicht ok uit maar de schuif daar stond de schimmel in we hebben meteen de host opgebeld om te zeggen dat het niet ok was en foto's doorgestuurd we hebben met 2 bijna 2 uur gepoetst om het gewoon proper te krijgen.We hebben ook gevraagd om een vergoeding van 30euro die ze zelf als boete rekent als het niet ok is .maar daar had de host geen oren naar,teminste bij het terugstorten van de borg hebben we niets extra gezien terwijl we het wel zeer proper hebben achtergelaten.Begrijp dat het aan de vorige huurders ligt maar het is aan de host om te zorgen dat het proper is bij aankomst.
