Nice place for a couple for a short weekend break

Very well located, easy to park the car nearby, quite well equipped and furnished. The owner was very reactive to our text messages. The location is not easy to find on Google Maps and Waze but the owner provided clear instructions to get there.

Too narrow room left around the bed in the bedroom although we are slim, it’s not very easy to move around. No privacy since people can see everything through the big transparent glass doors/windows unless you lower all the blinds.

We can not recommend this apartment due to uncleanlines—dirty windows, unwashed dishes, a strong, unpleasant smell, yell

We checked in last Thursday but were unable to continue our stay in the apartment due to multiple issues we encountered upon arrival. The apartment was not clean. The windows were very dirty, and the dishes and water boiler were not properly cleaned. We spent the evening re-washing cups, plates, trays, and other items to make them usable. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the apartment, which seems to be caused by a very strong and unpleasant house perfume in the rooms. We tried to resolve the issue using vinegar and by removing all air fresheners, but neither method worked. We also left the windows open in the evening and overnight, but the smell remains. The toilet seat was also yellow on the inside, which further added to the overall lack of cleanliness. The overall condition of the apartment did not match the quality portrayed in the booking photos, except for the view. To make matters worse, when we pointed out these issues to the host, he was very unfriendly and rude, which only added to the discomfort of our stay. As a result of the lack of hygiene, the unpleasant smell and the host's unprofessional behavior, we decided to leave after one night and found alternative accommodations. We requested a refund for two of the four nights due to these issues. The host refused in a very unfriendly matter and turned us away. We can not recommend this apartment for a hospitable and pleasant stay.

Superb

Perfect studio for a couple. Breathtaking surroundings with a beautiful view outside. The kitchen was very well equipped, Communication with the host was quick , clear and helpful . I truly recommend.

The studio was very well equipped - however, there were some tiny yet important gaps in details (no garbage bags, no soap, only one roll of toilet paper, old towels ). Also the mattress is very hard but this is an individual matter. Despite these details, the place is worth staying.

Chemin à revoir

Endroit calme avec une belle vue. Pas mal de promenade à faire.

La maison est en hauteur, pas accessible pour PMR ou personnes âgées. Moi même ayant un problème au genou, c'était difficile pour monter ( nulle part annoncé dans la location) Le canapé lit est à remplacer car pas mal enfoncé et pas agréable pour dormir. Les lumières de chevet de la chambre sont difficile à allumer et l'ampoule tient à peine. Le robinet de la cuisine, tient pas très fort donc attention quand on le manipule. Pour le four traditionnel, dommage que pas de mode d'emploi car pas intuitif du tout. Pour la route qui vous emmène au logement quand vous venez de Gedinne, surtout ne pas prendre la première petite route qui vous indique " La Routaine " car il vous faut un 4x4 pour y accéder. Honteux !!. C'est un chemin pour tracteur avec d'énormes ornières et de la chance pour pas rester dedans. ⚠️Surtout rester sur la national même si le GPS vous dit de tourner ( nous étions 2 voitures dans cette route difficile) .et vous arriverez par le bas, plus simple. Sinon petite maison sympa

Geen aanrader!

Slecht 30m2 groot, voordeur ging in op slot dus moesten op uitstap met open deuren. Deur badkamer ging steeds open als je op het toilet zat en voorbijgangers konden je zien zitten.

Fijn verblijf in de ardennen

Gezellig huisje, mooi ingericht en goed uitgerust. Goed als uitvalsbasis om Vresse Sur Semois en omgeving te ontdekken. Fijn contact met eigenaar, meteen antwoord op vragen. Comfortabel zetelbed. Spelletjes en tennis rackets aanwezig.

Onvoldoende warm water voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen om te douchen. Schimmel in de douche en op de voegen moet aangepakt worden. Niet geschikt voor minder valide mensen.

L'endroit idéal pour une escapade entre nature et convivialité

On était déjà venu une fois et en débarquant, on s'est dit : "Mais pourquoi on a attendua aussi longtemps pour revenir !" Le petit studio est charmant, juste parfait en fait ! Maud est hyper réactive. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans la région superbe de la Semoi.

La situation. Équipement correcte ( préciser la machine à café serait bien. Percolateur,Dolce gusto ect....)

Pas pratique pour les enfants,douche fixe pas de flexible avec le pommeau mobile , propreté pas tjrs là.... moisissure douche et la porte un peu bancale. Porte savon de douche à terre en arrivant, poubelle non vidé au WC. Draps tâché pour le clic clap. Porte d entrée pas secure. Des informations dans une farde et puis rien d autre. Pas d' info pour les poubelles, pas d'info pour le départ.

Als je binnen kwam,rook het niet erg fris,putjesgeur. De siliconen aan douche rand was zwart van de schimmel. Mooie keuken maar als je de deurtjes open deed,zag je onafgewerkte muren of stukken opgelapt met hout. Spijtig want mooie inrichting,mooie prijs.

Mignon petit logement confortable en pleine nature.

Petit logement confortable bien équipé idéalement placé, proche de nombreuses promenades et en pleine nature. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Possibilité d'accéder au terrain de tennis à côté. Merciiiiii !

Le wi-fi est assez faible donc le signal pour Netflix aussi mais la 4G fonctionne bien et cela permet un séjour déconnecté de la tèlé, ce qui n'est pas plus mal.

Ontspannen in bosrijke omgeving

Mooie ligging in bosrijk wandelgebied, huisje in doodlopende straat, veel parkeerruimte, ruime woonkamer met gerieflijke keuken, alles aanwezig in een gezellige studio! Onze honden waren meer dan welkom.

Eerder moeilijk te vinden locatie, fijne eraan is dat de eigenaar je hierin heel goed begeleid met duidelijke instructies en foto's van de locatie. Super oplossing!

Prachtige semois

Goed contact met de host makkelijk tee benaderen en vrijwel direct antwoord op mijn vragen. Echt zeer vriendelijk. Prachtige locatie, mooi uitzicht en een zeer nette schone en comfortabele accomodatie. Klein maar fijn. Een lieve attentie voor de kinderen bij aankomst. Heerlijk geslapen in het opgemaakte bed. In de omgeving gewandeld in nafraiture. Lekker gegeten in het nabije Bohan. Een aanrader.

Uit eten op zaterdag was niet zo makkelijk aangezien we nergens gereserveerd hadden, dus dit is wel aan te raden om te doen
