El piso es grande, bien equipado y tal como se muestra en las fotografías. Las vistas, son maravillosas y se disfrutan mucho desde la preciosa recreación de un pequeño camarote hecha en un balcón. La ubicación es muy buena, está bien comunicado y tiene todos los servicios necesarios alrededor. Gonzalo es un magnífico anfitrión: se mostró preocupado por el buen funcionamiento y la comunicación con él es rápida. Además, nos envió antes de la llegada mucha información de interés sobre la ciudad.
La limpieza del piso es muy deficiente, especialmente en el interior de los muebles. Por causas ajenas al propietario, hay un olor muy fuerte a humedad en la vivienda, que se refleja en la ropa de cama y sobre todo, en las toallas. Recomendaría renovar sábanas y toallas; están bastante desgastadas.

La ubicación es inmejorable y la vista es imperdible. El edificio está muy bien y el piso tiene todo lo necesario y más. El espacio está muy bien para una muy cómoda estadía en Gijón. Muy amable e informativo Gonzalo al recibirnos.
Que no pude quedarme más días, por decir algo.
