Wonderful refurbished old house, with nice views, great location near the center of Gijon, and just a short walk to the San Lorenzo beach. The 4 rooms are big, and two families with 4 kids in total were comfortable living together without issues, even working from there a bit. Lots of services nearby and the San Lorenzo beach is great.
It's a third floor without an elevator, and these old houses have tall ceilings, so it felt almost like a fourth. The dining room table felt a bit small for 8 persons. A drier would have been nice but there are laundromats with them nearby. These are nits, not problems. Long term parking can be tricky to find, but not too expensive and it's easy to load/unload the car right around the corner.

El piso es increíble. Es muy grande y está reformado y decorado con muchísimo detalle. Fuimos un grupo de ocho y estuvimos muy a gusto. Además tiene buena ubicación para ir dando un paseo a casi cualquier sitio en Gijón. Además a la hora de la entrega de llaves y del check out fueron muy flexibles. Muy recomendable
Para nosotros no fue ningún problema, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es un tercero sin ascensor

El salon y la cocina genial, muy amplias y cómodas. la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente. La ubicación era top. Supermercado y panadería abajo.
