Loved the property, location, cleanliness - perfect ! Please try and streamline checkin.
Check in . I followed the instructions emailed . Contacted Sonja the key holder 3 days before by email. No reply. Also sent a text msg . No reply. She says she can only reply via booking.com but I did not receive instructions to call a different person - Christine. Please don’t send instructions to contact keyholder directly if they don’t respond directly. Lucky I was able to phone Interhome and they sorted it, once I had arrived at the property.

Fantastic Stay in Gstaad!
1. It commands an unobstructed fine view from the Veranda. 2. It is located within a stone's throw away from the Gstaad city center. It takes only 5 minutes by car, and 45 minutes on foot to get to the Promenade. 3. There are numerous world-renowned ski slopes nearby, and fantastic walking, trekking, hiking trails. 4. 2 Spacious en-suite bedrooms, and there is also a small bathroom for visitors. 5. Reserved parking lots (underground and on-site, very secure and comfortable.) 6. Fully-equipped kitchen 7. Communal Washer & Dryer in the basement(for 3 families, by turns) 8. Christine & Joseph are living on the ground level; they are really nice and kind.
