Very clean. Comfy beds. Close to city centre. Beautiful apartment and same as the photos shown in the website.

We booked for 8 people. The living room was converted to an extra bedroom so no place for sitting or resting. Beautiful apartment but small for 8 people. Max 6 people is good. The kitchen utilities were not enough for 8 people and need to be refreshed (especially the frying pans). Very small kitchen and small dining table so not enough space for dining. The check in was not straightforward. A bit complicated.

L'appartamento gradevolissimo provvisto di qualsiasi cosa davvero ineccepibile, posizione perfetta , ho addirittura trovato parcheggio vicino casa.

Molto deludenti i servizi; ottima la posizione.

Gestione Smart molto efficiente e semplice.

Assenza dei prodotti per bagno (shampoo, bagnoschiuma, carta igienica). Mobilio ed infissi molto molto datati e non ben tenuti; tapparelle con una corda ed alcune delle quali bloccate/arrotolate nel cassone. Assenza di idonei spazi per i vestiti (non c’è l’armadio in tutte le stanze).

Apartamento espacioso en las afueras de Roma

Casa muy cómoda, con una estética increible, en un edificio seguro y residencial, alejado del ruido.

Si se utilizan más de dos aires acondicionados al tiempo, se va la luz. El sitio queda alejado del centro, es necesario tener un vehículo, pagar Uber o dedicar más de 30 minutos a desplazamiento en transporte público

PROBLEMAS CON EL PARKING

Excelente las indicaciones para llegar al departamento ÿ acceder a éste. Muy fácil e incluye fotos.

El estacionamiento es una calle muy concurrida donde pierdes el tiempo siempre tratando de colocar tu auto. Es prácticamente imposible colocarte ahí. Los parking pagados que están cerca al menos en el que encontré tenias que dejar las llaves y los autos los colocaban hasta en el acceso a éste. Cuando tenia que hacer el check out desde las 9:40 empezó a tocar una persona para decirme que ella tenia que hacer el aseo. Luego a las 10 en punto tocó denuevo para que yo saliera. Es muy molesto y estoy de acuerdo en que todos debemos respetar los horarios pero de esa manera no. Y lo último es que cuando llegue había pelos en la tina.

La sonorité intérieur .. ( voisins du dessus bruyants !) fenêtres pas isolantes .. l’inconfort des canapés dont l’un serait à changer .. La difficulté de régler la température des douches

Vacaciones en familia, culturales y gastronómicas, genial!!

El apartamento espacioso, luminoso y limpio. La anfitriona, aunque no nos vimos presencialmente, estuvo muy pendiente de cualquier necesidad o duda a través del chat. La ubicación es estupenda, zona tranquila pero de fácil acceso al centro histórico con el transporte público. Hay un autobús muy cerca y el metro se puede ir caminando en unos 15/20 minutos.

Viajamos en familia, ocho en total, 4 adultos y 4 niños/niñas. Hicimos desayunos y alguna cena en el apartamento y realmente la cocina con la mesa queda un poco pequeño el espacio, aunque nos arreglamos.
