Location and price
The room didnt have any pots or utensils. No room service in 7 days. We had to pay to wash the sheets n towels and we had to clean the bathroom. The AC unit was also noisy.

The staff was amazing except for the manager who was rude, nasty and not accommodating. The room was nice, great size for 1 or 2 people.
There were roaches in the room and the toilet wasn't clean upon check in.

No clean towels had to go out to look for a wash house washers did not work and I had to buy tissue
one burner on the stove worked no one came to take out the garbage the vents were dirty in the air condition my husband and I had to go out to look for meds
