    Check out is at 11 a.m but for some reason they will come knock on ur day and even open ur door to ask u are u checking out when its not even check out and the guy at night time always has problems checking me in with my online reservation 9 times out of 10 I wait outside the hotel for an hour until I can get my hotel key when I already paid advance.
