I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off.
We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest.
Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved..
Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like that... parking was always available and I could always see my vehicle.

Nothing really wrong with this site, Apartment was dated but clean and well stocked. Some wear caused by inconsiderate previous quests.Clean Kitchen with everything you need, Great cold refrigerator, microwave, stove, and kitchenware. Bathroom clean, Large clean shower with hot water. Needs nothing, Great location with good price, Don't know why there are negative comments. This is a quiet place to stay with a clean pool. .

It’s in a perfect spot in between the beach and Phil Foster park. We were able to walk to both to swim without having to worry with parking. Some people live there but it was still nice.
