Lovely well equipped apartments, centrally located

Location was a short walk into town and to the beaches, and it was very comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. Nice little balcony and well equipped kitchen! Parking was easy. We also used the sofa bed and it was fairly comfy!

There was quite a lot of noise at night as it's just off the main road but apart from that it was all great!

Plenty of pizzerias in the neighborhood 6. The landlord was extremely helpful - when we reported a defect, it was repaired the same day. Amazing!

1. There was no balcony, but that is just a detail 2. The entrance to the garage is quite narrow, so with a bigger car, it requires some good parking skills

Oasi casa vacanza

I loved the apartment as it was very clean and new. It is very close to the train station in Loano and to the lungomare and really easy to get to. The main streets are less than 10 minutes walking from the apartments. The owner was helpful with us as he stored our bags for a few hours after check out. I would recommend staying here and I would go back.

I did not appreciate that the house was lacking of basic things like salt and pepper or soap for the washing machine. Coffee was not provided either. We were staying only for two nights and we had to buy these which meant to leave behind full bottles/packs because travelling by plane the following day.

Friendly and helpful hosts were waiting for us when we arrived. Apartment clean and tidy. Plenty of storage space. The weather was chilly during our stay so we were pleased that the heating worked well.

Bellissima vacanza d’inverno al mare.

I locali corrispondenti alle foto e descrizione, uno spazio esterno ampio e arredato (e riparato dal vento). Cucina ben attrezzata (le pentole sono in due armadietti diversi, ma ci sono). C’erano anche un po’ di sale olio e aceto. L’host ha comunicato sempre con chiarezza, ci ha fatto entrare e consegnato le chiavi e spiegato tutto quello che serviva. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa pur a pochi metri dall’Aurelia. Negozi supermercati e locali a pochi metri di distanza Il mare vicino (5’ a piedi) Il centro di Loano a 10’ Parcheggio privato gratuito .

La pila mancante dell’orologio!!! Continuavo a guardarlo, ma lui aveva ragione solo due volte al giorno. 😂

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Und das Auto konnte man in der Tiefgarage parken. Sehr nahe am Centrum 👍 top Massimo hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Nur zum empfehlen..

Alles Bestens, gerne wieder.

Das Apparent ist sehr groß und Modern eingerichtet, alles innen uns außen ist frisch renoviert und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist neu und Modern. Im Haus gibt es eine Tiefgarage und jeder Gast hat hier einen Kostenlosen Parkplatz. Wenn man mit seinem Fahrzeug öfter unterwegs sein möchte, gibt es sogar noch genug Private Parklätze von dem Haus (abgesperrt), die man auch kostenlos nutzen kann.

Jeden z najlepszych apartamentów jakie przyszło mi odwiedzić. Pokoje przestronne, klimatyzowane, obiekt w świetnej lokalizacji. Parking zewnętrzny zamykany szlabanem lub podziemny. Właściciel Massimo bardzo pomocny i mega sympatyczny ♥️

La casa è arredata bene. Fornita davvero di tutto. Con aria condizionata. Molto pulita. Proprietario molto gentile. Il check in è dalle 17. Io avevo avvisato che arrivavo per le 12 e avevo chiesto di lasciare la macchina almeno e quando siamo arrivati abbiamo avuto la bella sorpresa che la casa era già pronta. Si trova in una zona vicino al supermercato, panificio, diversi bar. È anche vicina al mare. Si merita davvero il punteggio massimo.

Sinceramente non ho trovato niente di negativo.

Proprietario disponibile e gentile. La casa offre tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, dall'aspirapolvere al detersivo per i piatti alle spugne allo stendino con mollette. La posizione è ottima, 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e a 2 minuti dai negozi. Ottima la possibilità di avere il parcheggio privato sia al coperto che fuori.

Appartamento accogliente,pulito,completo di tutti i comfort con posto auto gratuito. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Loano e il lungomare. Nelle vicinanze tantissimi negozi con beni di prima necessità. Host sempre disponibile,cordiale e professionale.
