Il Gioiello del Borgo is an apartment equipped with every comfort, perfect for enjoying moments of tranquility and well-being. It is nestled in a modern and efficient setting, yet just a short distance from the centers of Borghetto and Loano. During the summer, guests have access to a 250-square-meter swimming pool with a whirlpool, as well as a reserved area with two lounge chairs and a beach umbrella. The apartment is available year-round. Ideal for 2, 4, or 6 guests. Complex with resort-style amenities.

The Space
New apartment (2nd floor with elevator) consisting of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds), a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, and a large balcony with awnings—also suitable for dining—overlooking the sun deck/pool and tennis court. From here, you can catch a glimpse of the sea. A garage with remote-controlled door is available for guests. The apartment offers numerous amenities, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are provided and included in the price. Bathroom with a large shower, dual showerheads, and dual sinks.
Both the beaches of Loano and Borghetto are a 15-minute walk away, and the center of Loano is a 20-minute walk.
Guest Access
Entire apartment available to guests. In the arrival guide you’ll receive 48 hours before check-in, under “check-in method,” you’ll find a map of part of the complex to help you find your way. However, the photo cannot be zoomed in on, making it difficult to view on a smartphone; for this reason, we’ll send you a copy via message as an attachment shortly before check-in.
Other things to keep in mind
During the summer season from mid-June to mid-September, the pool is open, and there is a dedicated, exclusive area with 2 lounge chairs and a beach umbrella. Swim caps are required in the pool.
The recycling bins are located about 20 meters to the right as you exit the driveway gate.
From April through October, there is a tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per night, up to a maximum of 7.5 euros total per person (not required after the fifth day). The tax is not charged for guests under 12 years of age. The tax is not included in the total and must be paid directly on site in cash by checkout.
In the “Arrival Guide” section, which is sent to our guests 48 hours before check-in, under “Check-in Method,” there is a map of the complex to help you find your way.
