Appartamento vicinissimo al mare ed al centro di Loano, comodamente raggiungibile e vicino alla stazione ed alcuni supermercati. Presente una piccola ascensore nel palazzo. Casa accessoriata con diverse pentole ed attrezzi utili per cucinare
mancanza di aria condizionata, presenti due ventilatori che però non funzionavano bene ed erano sporchi e pieni di polvere. Trovati alcuni asciugamani non del tutto puliti e con qualche macchia. Assente inoltre il parcheggio gratuito vicino all'abitazione: disponibile solo a pagamento a cifre abbastanza alte (questo però non per colpa loro ovviamente)
