Villa Amanecer

The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything needed including extras like washing up liquid and tea bags etc. beds were comfortable and location was great. Incredible views from the balcony. A beautiful place to relax, and well laid out with that in mind. Gianluca checked in with us on landing and instructions easy to follow.

The only thing was we were there in cooler stormy weather for a few days and found the villa cold. Maybe a heater would be a great addition and some extra blankets. If you do have mobility issues there is a small but quite steep hill or stairs to walk from the front to the villa, it’s only 5 mins but just to mention.

Very beautiful place to stay pool was fantastic the place had all the amenities you could need host was very welcoming and friendly solved any problem we had even had refreshments ready for us when we arrived highly recommended staying here Was far from the strip but that was a fault of ours for not checking easily walkable and taxis aren't expensive so don't let that put you off staying here as their is a little Italian place right beside it that has amazing food as well as a smoke shop called the perch Highly Recommend 10/10

Very quiet location but still convenient for walking into Matagorda or Puerto del carmen. Nice sheltered pool area. Spotlessly clean. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Aircon in the bedrooms is the quietest I've ever known.

As mentioned in other reviews, the beds are not the comfiest, we didn't find the sofa to be that good either. A fridge downstairs would be great rather than trailing back through the villa whenever you want a drink.

Great position, near shops, restaurants and bars. Easy walk to beach. Great base for visiting other towns. Love the peace and private pool. Dry private.

Unable to access TV, bed not so comfortable but obviously a matter of choice everyone has different needs. Sofa in lounge not so comfortable but to be honest didn’t use much as always outside as weather great.
