CASA LA GRACIOSA 2A 2 by Escape Home

The outdoor space was fabulous. In the sun all day. The pool was a great temperature and the laundry facilities were good too. The kitchen had everything we needed for self catering. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

The shower in both bathrooms had poor water pressure and the temperature fluctuating while in use. The was also a drain smell in both bathrooms but stronger smell in the en-suite. We didn’t like that we hadn’t be told about not being able to flush toilet paper down the toilet. We haven’t experienced this in the Canaries before. On the first day, when entering the property for the first time, due to the keyring on the keys being bent out of shape, I caught my finger on the metal wire which was stuck out and cut my finger quite badly (see photo). On the last day the cleaning staff walked into the property to remind us that check out was 10am. We appreciate that this is the check out time, however, we feel an 11am - 12pm checkout time would be better and more inline with hotels.

Großes Areal

Etwas zu wenig gemütlich gestaltet. Die Mikrowelle funktionierte nicht. Der Toilettentopf im vorderen Bad wackelte und polterte laut beim Aufstehen. Eine Pumpe o.ä. machte nachts in Abständen immer laute Geräusche.

I cannot believe how great this place was. Everything has been thought of to make your stay exceptional The location is amazing 2 mins from the beach. The villa is huge and the pool is beautiful. We are already looking to book our next visit.
