Nice place in the center of the city for reasonable price. Access to infrastructure, shops, cafés, a huge stadium, a farmer's market, a hospital, you can even take a photo in a photo booth and print out any documents on the first floor of the house almost for free.
The neighbors are a little noisy, but this is Spain
