Cande's Apartments

Great rooms/suites in a great location! They put in extra work to accommodate our larger group. It's really nice that they have beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels as well... Those were an unexpected perk and came in handy! Management really has all the details covered. Check-in was easy/smooth and they even had the A/C very cold upon arrival... A very nice touch after the walk from the ferry terminal!

The stay was wonderful and everything i was looking for. We wanted a more local time feel and this was it. Easy walk to all the restaurants and shops and the beach clubs. They gave great recommendations.

I have no complaints about the property.

The bed was very comfortable, the AC kept it nice and cool at night which was much appreciated in the July heat.

Our only thing that we thought could be improved was the floor seemed to be pretty dirty when we checked in. Also the window in the bathroom not having a screen allowed mosquitos in, but this was easily fixed by putting a towel in the window.

Communication was very good, responsive and detailed. Location is exceptional, close to the ferry and in the heart of the city centre. All beaches are in short walking distance. A/C and basic kitchenware provided. Enough for cooking

Since it is in the heart of the city, you are really close to the restaurants and bars. Those are getting busy even until midnight. You need to decide, if you go out every night and don’t like sleeping before midnight then maybe it is your place. Otherwise if you come with children or just want to go to bed before midnight you need to bear in mind that live music and karaoke will keep you up since the walls and “windows” don’t provide any isolation. After the party the drunk hordes are leaving home shouting all the way. Every night, we spent 4, all the same. Light barely comes in the apartment and cleanliness was also an issue - hair everywhere and the kitchenware needed to be washed once again after our arrival. The place has good booking rating so as I said it depends on your expectation and purpose of travel.
