We loved the beach which mostly felt private and all to ourselves. Really appreciated the filtered water available throughout the hotel. It was very quiet which was something we were looking for. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and linen were great too!

For a 7 day stay, we had our room cleaned once, and communication with them from within the app and in person seemed very limited.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay with 4 couples in the Penthouse following our daughter’s wedding! We also rented 2 more rooms on the landing just below us for 2 more couples. It was a great place for all of us to unwind, rest, and spend quality time together! We spent most of our days hanging out on the large balcony where the view of the bay and Cancun night lights were gorgeous. The pool and beach were quiet and secluded which was a true treat after leaving an all inclusive property! I also want to mention that the staff were very nice and super attentive.

I don’t really have any complaints other than the bumpy, bumpy road coming to the house, a few blinds that didn’t work, and the stairs. There is no elevator so dragging luggage to/from the 3rd floor wasn’t fun, but we were told this in the listing so we got it done!

The grounds were kept beautifully and we really loved the location. The suites are fully equipped which was lovely for a family. We also enjoyed the daily cleaning service

so here’s the thing-There is a BIG difference in quality of the room. Casita 6 was spectacular ! casita 5 was absolutely terrible- it was dirty, broken furniture, a broken balcony which was dangerous for people with kids. The overall vibe is shabby. Casita 1 (which is where we stayed after refusing casita 5 due to safety issues) was located by the pool but it was dirty, dated and very rusty.
