Great location! Nice little boutique accommodation just a 5 minute walk from the ferry in Isla Mujeres. Rooftop pool a huge plus, big fan of this as well. Room nice and spacious, had everything we needed in terms of space and storage. Plenty of plugs too. Bathrooms nice also.
Window was internal and there was a bit of a gap on the mosquito screen which let them in. Nothing too major. Didn't see too many staff if that's a thing that bothers you. Stairs only if you have a heavy case - but this is very common in Mexico.

Very clean room, kind and professional host. Luggage storage. Bed is medium firm.
Need better black out blinds. Need shampoo. Mattress topper to make the bed softer would be nice.

It was very clean and close to the playas.
Maybe some details, providing shampoo, avoiding the public bathroom style dispensers, add sockets near the bed.

Big room with everything I need
The room is not super clean. Floor is dusty, sheets and towel are ok but not super clean.
The door is not really a proper one there is a gap and people can see in if I don’t use the curtain properly.
