The apartament is very well cared, in a good size, comfortable beds, has a washing machine and a microwave oven, simple cutleries and all basic items in a kitchen. Room is spacious and silent. Although it was in the middle of the hot season, the apartment was pretty cool, so you won't notice the need for air conditioning. Another positive note is that the owners are pretty nice and answer in the best way they can your requests.
Nothing was bad, I didn't notice anything that could be disqualifying.

Good value for money. Close to a shopping centre.
We got lost on the way there so we called the owner and she was very nice and helped us find our way:)
Thought we would get a double bed, got two singles put together and it wasn't very comfortable.
