Mold stains in the washing machine

The neighborhood is nice and the location is great. An employee from the office responded quickly and came and inspected the chairs and agreed that they were worn out. Was quick to bring new ones. He sent cleaning staff to clean the bathroom which was nice but it only worked for a short time.

When we arrived there were torn chairs in the kitchen and a musty smell in the bathroom. The washing machine had black mold stains on it so we couldn't use it. This disgusting smell from the bathroom got better for an hour after they tried to clean it better then it came back. This didn't have a good effect on our health. We would not go back there

The property is in the prime location, however its standards is inadequate to Nadmorski Dwor residence. Avoid.

Location

This is an apartment separated from a larger apartment, which was divided by two. Thin inner door separates each apartment from each other!!! The bathroom is so small ( as it is transformed form a former WC - in the former bigger apartment ). Lighting: the apartment has cold white bulbs installed on the ceiling and location of them makes them useless if you want to have a night dinner or read a book. Towels: are worn out and in some cases there were holes.

very good location (shop, restaurant, beach, bus) everything is near. Apartment has very nice terrace. Near appartment there are some sport activities (basketball, volleyball). There is nice park where you can walk.

Biggest problem was that bed is very uncomfortable. Me and my girlfriend had back pain after few days of sleeping. I think bed mattress need to be changed. Also there was small issue in the bathroom. There was leaking water from shower or toilet. Every morning we found water on the floor

Nice, quite and safe stay.... Fortnox like osiedle.

Clean and with relatively new furniture and appliances. V. nice building full of green/ plants. Free parking in the underground garage.

Wi-fi gave me some small troubles - 100E investment in an better router will do the trick. Maze like challenge to find the apart. the first time - once that done - no further problem.

Świetna lokalizacja piękna zieleń

Świetna lokalizacja w wyjątkowo zielonym osiedlu blisko morza. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone nowe czyste z uroczym ogródkiem i tarasem. Na tarasie stolik krzesła i hamak - idealne miejsce na kawę. Dodatkowy plus to miejsce postojowe w podziemnym parkingu tuż pod apartamentem. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna o każdej porze. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Dziękujemy i polecamy.
