Tranquility

What a beautiful little gem 💎 place and people were lovely and couldn’t fault. If you want tranquility in absolutely stunning surroundings then this is place for you. Bonus points for brilliant Wi-Fi for whole family for evenings. 10/15 minute walk through woods to beautiful little coffee shop selling the best homemade cake 🍰 and lovely coffee ☕️ The drive down to Campbeltown and all surrounding areas are just breathtaking. Already missing the place ❤️

Comfortable stay with the highlight being the views and balcony.

Decor in living-room was bright and lovely. Enjoyed the view over the loch and having balcony from living area. When staff member did greet us and show us to our accommodation, he was friendly and made sure we were settling ok and popped the heating on. Received a lovely welcome note for my children, they loved seeing their names and added to their excitement. Beds were clean and comfortable and thrilled to have hand wash in both bathrooms.

It was a shame no one was at reception, answered or returned my call when we arrived for check in. Caravan was pet friendly, which was no hassle but lots of short white hairs on living room carpet, not great for 3 young children playing around on. Hoover wasn’t great at removing those. We booked the holiday for 4 people SC. It was super having washing liquid and sponges made available but cutlery and plates were not available for 4 people. It was a little mish-mash, 3 knives, 2 dinner plates, 4 bowls etc. I saw the funny side to it only staying 2 nights. I would imagine a trip to reception would be needed for a family staying longer and wouldn’t be great if no staff was there to help. Hoover was left plugged in, in the master bedroom and a dirty dust cloth/cleaning sponge was left on the en-suite shelf. Not the end of the world but unexpected.

The relaxing boost that my husband and I needed after an exceptionally busy year.

Beautiful setting, quiet and relaxing. We took some time and visited Gigha and the surrounding area when there. Scotland at its best with lovely weather for our stay.
