Perfect location, lovely site.

Excellent location for visiting Islay, Arran and the whole of the Kintyre peninsula. Kitchen facilities were great. Pod/beds very comfortable. Staff were lovely and the food in the cafe was good. Very close to Tarbert village which meant could go out for food/drinks. Beautiful views of the loch.

Not really the fault of the site but with the midgies at our pod (Beech) it was impossible to sit outside, even with repellent spray and cream there were still hundreds around the front of the pod. I saw some other people sat outside theirs, so wondered if there may have been something about that pod specifically. Also the pod would benefit from a bed side / reading lamp, as the lights were too bright to leave on when my wife was asleep. These are relatively minor and did not detract from a fantastic stay.

Lovely place to stay

Lovely location, pods clean and exactly as described. Staff excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent kitchen/dining area and having a cafe on site was a lovely bonus. Overall, had a lovely stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Shower area could do with being updated. They were clean and had hot water, hairdryer and seats, but 1 shower turned off after only 6 sec so a bit of a pain to use, other one was a bit better. They also flooded the floors quite a bit, and although there was a mop and squeegee available, there isn't a drain to push the excess water into so just had to mop us a best as I could. Didn't detract from our stay though. Could also benefit from having a fan available in the Pod as they got very warm and we couldn't leave the door open due to the cursed Scottish midge!

A pleasant couple of nights.

Loved the facilities in the Cabin, the site itself and access to the small beach and woodland walks. Cafe on site is lovely.

I know it was Ester weekend but no staff present on arrival or leaving. We did see someone later in the day to confirm we arrived and were checked in.

A lovely couple of days away from the hustle and bustle. Nice walks nearby and towns to visit.

Problems with booking on arrival. The booking could not be found and new lodging arrangement needed to be found. Which it eventually did.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.

Great location, good views. Was comfy inside and the facilities were great too. A good home base for exploring Argyll and Bute.

Got a little hot at night with door shut, but not too uncomfortable. Can imagine staying in the winter would be great. Maybe a desk fan in the summer would be nice.

it was a good stay, a few issues but if your looking for a short get away I’d recommend

amazing view quiet comfortable super friendly and helpful staff

wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed and there was an issue with bookings.com so we got there and had to pay a £200 deposit and we were told that towels were included but weren’t, but that lovely men of staff we spoke to was so lovely and provided towels there was also no check out info provided and no member of staff in the office so we just had to guess on what to do with the keys and stuff

Lovely Quiet Getaway

The location was so peaceful and not to far away from the harbour and lots of places to see and go to. The pod was nice and warmer than we expected. The site was dog friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy.

The only thing that was a little bit poor was the WiFi signal but it's to be expected due to the rural location. Also the showers could be on a longer timer as by the time you press it and step in you need to press it again.

Brilliant. We'll be back

We loved the Maple pod! It was a wild wet windy night and we were really cosy and had a great sleep. Heating was on for us arriving.

It’s just what I needed where I needed it and I very much liked the kitchen with all its facilities and a very clean toilet block block. The Wi-Fi was perfect and straightforward to get into

Location, from late ferry. Facilities if staying longer were ample and well laid out.

Mattresses in pod.springs very pronounced and are overdue for being changed, causing no comfort or sleep.

Great glamping experience

It was our first time glamping and we were very happy. The pod was warm and spacious, had a fridge and kettle with coffee/tea/biscuits, and heating. The porch had a nice table and chairs with great views to the loch. Easy check in on arrival. Very good bathroom and communal kitchen facilities with good covid19 safety measures. Would love to go back!

The only things that could have been better were the mattresses as were too soft and we felt the pod could do with a hook or hanger to hang a coat or something.

Mooi park. Mooie pod met ruim voldoende inrichting

Wij zijn niet erg precies en stellen nooit hoge eisen maar deze pod was erg vuil / smerig. Lege zakken chips onder het bed, volle afvalbak van vorige bewoners, binnen op de vloer en op de bank en buiten op het terras heel veel hondenharen weggeveegd, erg vieze magnetron. Gelukkig wel schoon sanitair!

Stugan uppfyllde förväntningarna med stort gemensamt kök. Även den gemensamma toaletten var OK med två duschar.

Omgivningen/naturen, närheten till färja och låg smidigt längst med vägen. Stort gemensamt kök med allt man behövde. Litet kylskåp fanns i stugan.

Saknade sänglampa och hade önskat ytterligare krokar för upphängning.
