A pleasant hotel, very clean and comfortable

Quirky hotel, very clean and comfortable. Free on site parking was very useful.

Breakfast was basic, not a lot of choice. There was only a small mirror in the bathroom, so a mirror in the bedroom would have been useful.

practically nonstop check in, free parking, beautiful rooms, cozy, comfortable, clean, practical, .. Coffee in the room, common areas, refrigerator available, terrace, .. wifi .. breakfast delicious, everything tastes good, delicious coffee, peace, pleasant place, when I'm around, I'm always happy to come back... this was my fourth stay at TRUST hotel.. thank you very much..

Friendly staff and great room with small kitchen and still breakfast available at the hotel.

The kitchen equipment was worn and lacking and stored in a very dificult place to reach. The bed was not so good for my taste. It was only single and it was very wobly. I prefer a bit harder mattress.

Good place for our one night stay in our trip

OK But I won't be returning anytime soon.

There is no reception at this hotel - just a code for the main door and for the room. Both of these worked OK. There is a small social area with free drinks but this was not made very clear. The hotel was clean and we were on the top floor which is reached via very steep steps. There are no "services" in the room only at the social area. The bathroom and shower were very good. Breakfast was a buffet style and the selection was quite good. We did notice a stack of drinks in the fridge - are these free? Who knows, there was no sign either way!

More information would be helpful. Someone to meet and greet would overcome this. Tea/coffee in the room would be nice and save enduring the steep stairs twice. The beds were very soft and the mattress hung over the side. I sat on the bed and ended up on the floor - this is certainly quite dangerous. The room had low beams to the side of the bed - my head can confirm the beams are quite hard even after the 4rd or 4th contact! The "town" is pitiful. There was nowhere to eat within walking distance so we ended up driving to a delightful restaurant that Google suggested.

Superb

The staff very help full, I was arrive before 3PM and the staff come to open the door, room is very clean. Kitchen set is available and free tea and coffee. The location is very close to my location work.

Nice modern hotel in Belgium

The room was massive and very modern, much bigger than in the pictures. Everything was super clean, and the breakfast was really nice, fresh bread and good coffee.

Loved the small fridge and the small kitchen area. Great area, very calm and quiet, before Trust hotel i was staying in the Antwerp in an apartment and trust hotel is absolute tranquility lane compared to that. Had an awesome sleep.

- Shower definitely needs some small shelf, so you have a space where to put your sponge or shower gel. - Kitchen is nice, but it needs some proper equipment, sharp knife, ladle, wooden spoon to stir your food with is a must if you want to cook, i was dissapointed that it was missing.

Very nice and modern hotel. Very spacious room. Nice concept with self-check in and etc. Very friendly communication prior to arrival. I asked about GF options for breakfast and were provided with GF bread, etc.

- it is quite loud because of the road. - the curtains are too thin. It was too bright in the room to sleep well - more healthy options for breakfast would be nice. At least to have a natural yogurt without flavors and sugar
