The villa can be found in a calm area near Kumanovo. It's an ideal place for staying overnight. There is even a pool next to the house. The owners were really friendly.

Quiet place, privat parking, spacious apartment.
There is only one low-powered air conditioner in the living room, the bedrooms are hot, and it is impossible to relax. The kitchen is dilapidated, with practically no usable equipment. It's relatively cheap, but it's not worth any more than that. With a little attention (and some investment) it could be a great apartment. We booked it as transit accommodation, but i definitely wouldn't do it again. I don't recommend it.
