I would gladly recommend this property to anyone.

It was exactly what we needed. Confortable bed, clean room the furniture is almost new and the small kitchen has everything you need need to make a quick meal. Free aprking and friendly staff

Lovely mornings with the sea view, quiet nights ❤️

The room was big enough for our family, very well equipped kitchen (fridge, sandwich maker, coffee maker), the bed and the bunk bed were very comfortable. The balcony is big, with a lovely view of the sea and a small table were you can enjoy your morning coffee. A few streets away, you can find restaurants, some small shops, pharmacy, a park.

The way to the property is very narrow and with sloping roads, but you can pass with a big car carefully. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the property if needed, but we parked in front of a church a few houses away.

Excelent view. The studio is perfect for families, clean and comfortable. Very nice host. The village of Pyrkadikia is beautiful and cozy, close the the amazing beaches of Salonikou, Vourvourou etc.

This place is superb. Everything is so well thought after: 1. Quiet AC unit, which does not blow over the bed and you can have it on through the night. 2. Finally someone invest in good comfortable pillows. The beds were very good. 3. There are nets on the windows. You can air the space without having all the mosquitoes in the room. 4. The place is very, very quiet. 5. Spotless clean. 6. The hosts met us with a smile and were very kind, although we only stayed one night and booked last minute. 7. They even let us park in their garden space. Highly recommended!

It’s a cozy, peaceful and clean apartment. The owners are very hospitable and friendly. Best to place for a couple.

The bottleneck is parking. There’s a limited space lot to park a car at the property. Of course, there’s a street parking just next to the building, but the street is so narrow. If you come from a big country like US, Canada or Russia, it’s gonna be quite difficult to park on the narrow street. Nevertheless, you can easily leave your car down the street next to the church. It’s just in a few meters from the property.

The room was very clean with big bathroom and a double bed. The host was very kind and helpful

Removing the key stops the electricity and because of that, the fridge stopped working and water run out to the room. Also we didn't have a terrace view, we had to go out the room to see a small view from the side
