Clean, comfortable, quiet room, good kitchen things. In-time cleaning. Very kind receptionists helped us to solve and pay for penalty for Korean hi-pass road toll. High communications skills and very good English level

You should check parking fee before the reservation, price is not low

You can feel that the place is a bit outdated. But it's well kept. So I say at this price that's a great place to spend some relaxed quiet time outside of the city.

The swimming pool was a bit too cold.

Overall, the hotel is nice, with a beautiful park around it where you can go for a walk. There is a mini zoo (which doesn’t operate in winter, but you can still see some alpacas) and a boutique snail museum.

The facilities need renovation. In one room it was too hot, while another room was cold, and the temperature could not be adjusted. I received an electric shock while plugging in my phone charger, so be aware of it when traveling with children. The pool was freezing cold; the jacuzzi was warm but not hot. The coffee machine did not work properly during breakfast. Overall, the hotel is quite average and in need of renewal.
