Расположение. До центра не далеко это однозначно плюс, кондиционер которых хорошо охлаждает. В принципе жить было нормально, есть минусы, но они не настолько критичные как по мне. Кровать которая на самом деле диван достаточно удобная.
Все нужное было, но мы снимали на 10 ночей, а капсул для посудомойки было только две, так же и с туалетными рулонами. лежал чай и кофе, а чайника что б сделать чай нету. и еще раз в день иногда два были громкие звуки то ли от кондиционера, то ли от канализации, мы так и не поняли. но когда в два часа ночи тебя будит странный громкий звук не очень приятно, испуг гарантирован. Было достаточно чисто но полы можно мыть лучше (я их перемывала), так как белые носки стали грязными спустя пол часа.

Es war sehr sauber und eine sehr gute Lage . U Bahn / Zug / Bus alles innerhalb von 2-3 min. Zu Fuß

В апартаментах по сути есть все необходимое. Номер очень маленький, но достаточно уютный
С парковкой будет головная боль. Если вы без машины- вам повезло. Автомобиль оставит негде, техподдержка ничем не помогла. Я бы рекомендовал как минимум составить карту с ближайшими паркингами чтобы туда направлять автовладельцев

The location and the property were good. The apartment complex is safe, there is an administrator and all that. It was also very clean, and the apartment had everything u might need. Many stores nearby and even massage salones, close to the centre and if you don’t spend much time at home this is alright. Problems start if you do.
I HATED that there was a non-working firehood there. And there is a fire alarm!!! Meaning if you cook it absolutely WILL ALARM and there is nothing you can do. If you contact the property informing them of that they suggest they can come and fix that and.. they don’t. I had a very unpleasant experience with this. Also there were very weird loud noises coming from the ceiling, I recorded it but obviously nothing happened. I just had to move out. I was stressed half the time. Oh and a sofa was super uncomfortable.
