    I booked 2 rooms for a family of 4, older teens should share a room. But the booking insisted on have a single person per room. We managed the situation at the front desk, but had to pay extra for breakfast, even though it was included and paid for together with the rooms. Double check the room occupancy as the hotel wouldn't let me add two people in a single room, neither on Agoda or on the Mariott BonVoyage app. I have written to the hotel in advance about the room situation but they never replied.

    Of all the places I’ve stayed at, this is where I felt the most comfortable and the place is clean. The pillow and bed are soft. It’s a quiet place. I think this is my favorite hotel so far—I will definitely book again.”

    It is a perfect hotel, if you need to catch a flight from the Airport. The staff was very helpful, everything was clean, the room was cosy and comfortable.

    My recent hotel experience was incredibly disappointing, bordering on chaotic. The lack of basic services like a bellboy, concierge, or even a travel desk made navigating the property feel like a constant struggle. It truly resembled a "war zone" more than a place of relaxation, with minimal staff presence and support. I was hoping for a seamless stay, but instead, I encountered significant operational deficiencies. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the expectations one has for a hotel stay. Racist staff! #TravelDisappointment #HotelServiceFail #PoorExperience 🏨
