Nice and very new one room apartment with all facilities included and good bathroom. Good breakfast .

-Inconvenient location, you need always public transport which in the evening is not very reliable. Noisy street in front with lots of traffic to open balcony. Good that the room was air conditioned. - There is no double bed but rather an open sofa with sharp metal frame on the sides which you have to be careful not to injure yourself. - Unlike the normal hotels, you are asked for payment at arrival and the receptionists could not properly resolve how to issue the invoice directly in Euro to match the booking so expect some difference with the booking amount due to the exchange rates and weekend fees (in my case around 11 Euros). -old TV set that could not be recognised by the laptop to stream on it, TVs of other rooms rather appearing.

Some will appreciate the location and they will be right.

A year ago, there were almost no issues with the property. However, this time it occasionally felt more like a student dormitory — questionable visitors, noise, loud music from a speaker at 6 a.m., and the smell of tobacco in the ventilation and on the balcony at all hours — getting enough sleep turned out to be a real challenge. Breakfast was fairly average. The service isn’t exactly high-standard, and the staff aren’t particularly warm, but to be fair, no one was rude either. Next time, I’d probably choose a different place. That said, the price is sort of reasonable, and the room itself is predictable and mostly without surprises. The shower gel had a scent reminiscent of dishwashing liquid.
