The presentation of the house was less than what we expect with a lack of general cleaning however we felt comfortable if not entirely happy with things like large cobwebs and all sorts of spiders and webs in every room. When we arrived the fridge was not cold at all and it was obviously old and didn’t cope with the food requirements for six people for 4 days at Christmas, however a very very early morning email Christmas Morning was responded to by Bob from Blue Mountains Escapes and he arrived with an extra fridge on Christmas Morning which we felt was exceptional performance and we responded by gifting him a bottle of sparkles and an apology for the hour we complained Overall we felt comfortable, but a little disappointed

Great value! Very comfy warm atmosphere! well stocked with glorious views. Bedding was very comfortable, hot water system is perfect! House layout was extremely advantageous for a family or group ! I would recommend it!

My Small suggestion would be sign on the garage door wouldve been a gr8 help!

the location was good

not very well maintained .. sheets were not fresh n pillow cases had weird smell . the carpets gave off a murky smell needs to be freshener . we also found dirty cutlery in the drawers . Table Tennis table falling apart n should be replaced . the outdoor terrace was not swept or clean n had spider cobwebs
