It’s located on a peaceful and quite village close to Porto Cheli. This is what we needed. Very relaxing setting. The hosts are very helpful.

Great villa, you will definitely need a car, because it is far from everything, nearest thing is a port in Kosta (1,5 km) where from you can get to Spetses island, which is beautiful . Villa was very clean, everything you might need in the kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Owner’s brother met us in the middle of the night and showed us everything. Next day he even came again, to show us nearest beaches by the sea. They even offered to buy us some groceries for the first morning, since we arrived in the middle of the night. The view from the balcony of master bedroom was amazing. We really enjoyed our time there.
Some refurbishment needed, like door handles. In some rooms we were not able to close the door completely. Also you need a car if you want to leave villa for dinner or see anything in the area, because it is about 10 km from Porto Heli, and around are only private villas. But since we came from Athens we had car anyway, so that was not a problem for us.

Dream Summer Villa truly lived up to its name! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its beauty and tranquility. The villa itself is stunning, very clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The location in Porto Heli is fantastic, offering both peace and easy access to the charming town, the island of Spetses and beautiful beaches. The swimming pool is very enjoyable! What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality – we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. It was a perfect experience, and we can't wait to visit again!

The house was at a great location near Costa , so you could easily go to Spetses for the night. Also it was spacious and had 2 living rooms which was very nice as we were a party of 2 families with total 4 kids. It also had a big pool with good temperature were we stayed all afternoon after the beach.
The house was not as clean as expected. The kitchen dishes, forks,glasses, coffee machine,toaster and in general the whole Kitchen was not clean and did not give you the feeling that you could use without washing everything. (For example the toaster had breadcrumbs from previous use and the coffee machine had coffee stains and dust all over). The rest of the house was ok , if you do not count that all the shower heads in all bathrooms And sinks were blocked fm water salts (which we had to clean in order to bathe as the water would go in different directions and you could not shower or wash your hands). Also, All of our bathing suits got stains which might be fm the pool (as this was the only difference fm Our previous vacations) but i can not say for sure that this was the actual reason.
Last, the mattresses of the bedrooms were not good at all. All were very hard and ours had a slope in the middle so we would end up bumping into eachother at night, while in the other room the slope was the opposite so you would hang out a little. They should definitely change mattresses and pillows in the master bedrooms ( the pillows were like rocks). In general, for the amount of money that you pay you expect above to be perfect or in better condition at least.
