About this apartment rental
This is a good ground floor apartment with a large terrace and with its close proximity to the pools is a real bonus. It is situated in the beautiful complex of Los Atalayones, one of the sort after complexes on Mojacar Playa.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin bedded room. The master bedroom has patio doors that leads out onto the sunny terrace as does the lounge/dining room. The terrace is equipped with patio furniture and awnings if you want to create some shade. A family bathroom with bath/shower. A fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob & oven, fridge freezer, etc.
The apartment is within 400 metres to the beach where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. There are also 6 golf courses, horse riding centre and bowling clubs all within driving distances.
The Complex has lifts and is fully gated and in the summer has a lifeguard. There are 3 large and 3 small communal pools, beautiful gardens, toilet & changing facilities and a floodlit tennis court within the complex grounds.

Located of apartment was perfect, only a short walk away from everything but still quiet around the pool areas. The ground Apartment itself was great, lovely area to sit in outside, sun or shade. Very spacious inside and has everything you needed. Also very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend and go back again ourselves.

The whole process was easy; from being met at the property when we arrived late at night, to being allowed flexibility with our family when checking out.
The location was great; being set back enough from the beach, but close enough to get there in 5 minutes. The apartment was close enough to be able to fall out of bed into the pool (not literally), which was great for a family with small children.
We had a really enjoyable holiday. Thank you.
