A very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the second floor of the Playa & Golf complex in Marina de la Torre, Mojácar, just 100 meters from the beach.
The 102 m2 apartment has a large and bright living room with access to a southwest-facing terrace with beautiful views of the golf course with its lake, an open kitchen with all appliances and granite countertops, 3 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. Two large bedrooms have access to a second east-facing terrace with a utility room and side sea views. The third bedroom overlooking the golf course has an en suite bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms, a family room with a bathtub and a second one with a shower cabin.
The apartment has an air conditioning and heating system that is controlled individually. In addition, an underground parking space. The apartment is on the second floor of the building, and there is no elevator.
The apartment offers a lot of privacy and has with its 2 terraces and its large terrace all the sun that wants to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Located in the Playa & Golf urbanization, a quiet urbanization with beautiful common areas, a large swimming pool overlooking the golf course.

Spacious, clean apartment with lovely views over the golf course and out to sea. Good balcony space from all 3 bedrooms. The large rooftop terrace was a bonus. We were a party of 6 and the apartment didn't feel at all cramped.
Shared pool was lovely - easy access from the apartment and generally quiet. Unusually, there were no sunbeds at poolside. But this wasn't an issue for us as the apartment was so close and has plenty of outdoor space.
Good wifi and easy to use TV with lots of choice.
A few minor things that might have made it even better:
- There were 2 sunbeds plus 2 recliner chairs. 6 would help larger groups like ours!
- provision of a few basics like condiments for cooking would be welcome and avoid a lot of waste. As it is, it seems all guests have to buy their own and clear out what they don't use on departure.
- we arrived at 11.15pm and the only shop nearby closed at 11pm. We'd taken a direct transfer from the airport so had no provisions - not even water. I'd love more owners to offer a welcome pack of basics - water, bread, spread - to make that first night simpler.
The location is beautiful - lovely views and close to a nice beach. There is a small shop nearby but the bigger supermarket is nearly 2km away and taxis didn't seem easy to find. Buses to the main strip of restaurants on Mojacar Playa and the Pueblo are a decent option. But many might prefer the ease of a car.

The apartment was just like the photos It was very big and spacious. We had our pick of balconies to choose from.

Clean and large apartment perfect for a relaxed holiday in a lovely location. Short trip on the regular bus to lovely restaurants, easily walkable but just slightly to long in the what for our young children. Really easy check in experience and helpful host showed us everything we needed in the apartment. Roof terrace was huge and perfect to see the lovely views from the apartment. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
