Комфортні ліжка, розташування в центрі, зручні ванна та туалет. У помешканні чисто, є все необхідне на кухні. Відкрили для себе програвач платівок - цікавий бонус :)
Рано вранці вулиця швидко стає шумною, машини і трамваї дуже чутно, тому треба закривати вікна і вмикати вентилятор (якщо лишаєтесь влітку), не критично але враховуйте цей момент :)

Висока стеля, велика площа, грамофон з платівками, все необхідне є і навіть кава з кавоваркою і тостер. 2 поверх
Трохи древній умивальник, але в цьому якийсь свій колорит був, ну і душ так собі.

Дуже простора, чиста, світла квартира
Не вистачало вентилятора/кондиціонера. Через спеку було жаркувато у приміщенні

Квартира знаходиться у неймовірному місці. Помешкання має чудний інтерʼєр. Адміністрація ввічлива та доброзичлива, допомогли перенести дату. Місце — в яке однозначно хочеться повертатися!
Сходи у підʼїзді були у поганому стані, але це не вплинуло на загальне позитивне враження від помешкання.
