Location is great. We liked the layout. 'pleasantly quiet, given the central location. Air conditioning was great to have in the hot summer. Color scheme, sofa, bed, and such were soothing and comfy. It was clean.

There were a lot of little things off. Nothing horrible on its own, but they accumulated. Door to street does not lock. Stairwell light does not function (careful moving luggage in the dark). Air conditioner control was hidden on an upper shelf that could not be seen. Yes, washing machine, but no soap for it and the drying rack was broken. One of the blinds in the kitchen is sewn half open and is non-operable. NO shampoo in bathroom no way to make coffee The faucet does not fit the sink and was constantly splashing out of it. The internet went in and out, making business zoom call difficult (It seems to come from another unit and needs a repeater to improve the signal) The clothing iron does not work. Soft ceiling lights in dining room don't work The laminate is coming off the cabinetry in many places. the glue-on light over the sink does not work. One of the drawers was broken
