The apartment is a real mediterranean flat in the middle of the historic town. This authentic house has a magic vibe with the small front door, the stairs and the windows on the ceiling. Everything you need for a vacation is in the flat: towels to the beach too, toiletres, box for food for trips or to the beach. Cafés, bars, restaurants, shops are 1 min walk in the centre. Bus stations to the airport or other destinations are in 5 min walk. Massimiliano is a super host, he gave us detailed information about the transportation, restaurants, programs. Check in and out is flexible, he is very permissive.

The Property is at a superb Location , so close to the sea and to the Local Shops as well , and very clean and the host are super friendly and attentive towards all our enquiries . Will definitely recommend to small group of Friends and Family .
I don‘t see any . Maybe if someone disable not be good to climb a narrow stairs with luagges

I absolutely loved this apartment! The location is perfect—right in the ideal center of the old town, tucked away on a charming little square. Our host Massimiliano is amazing: communication was fast and easy, and he was incredibly helpful and attentive, making everything feel very personal.
His recommendations for restaurants and exploring the city were spot-on.
The apartment itself is spotless, very comfortable, and has every convenience you might need, including beach towels and an umbrella, which was such a thoughtful detail.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia!
